From 1st October 2022, you will be able to book appointments at the Enhanced Access Hub service between 6.30pm - 8pm weekdays, and 9am - 5pm on Saturday.  This service is so that you can access primary care outside of normal surgery hours. Please speak to the receptionist at your practice if you would prefer an appointment during these times.

The hub is based at Chelmsley Wood Primary Care Centre, Crabtree Drive, Chelmsley Wood.

Please note that this is not a walk-in service - appointments must be booked via your registered practice.
